Cost & Payment
Insurance & Fees
I am currently with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield but will no longer be accepting insurance beginning January 1, 2024. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm that I am in network with your particular plan. I am not paneled with any other insurance companies (please refer to the rates listed below) but am happy to provide you with documentation so that you may file for reimbursement for out of network services.
Payment may be made via cash, check, or credit card. If you are paying by credit card, you can enroll in auto-pay, in which your card will automatically be charged the night following your session. This relieves you of the hassle of remembering to go to the bank or bring your checkbook or wallet.
The general fees for my services are as follows:
No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Good Faith Estimates will be provided in writing at or before your intake appointment. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
